1. One that lives a life which influences the people around her. Such that people can look and say, wow, she deserves respect.
2. One who is able to balance the technical and spiritual side of worship. Such that the worship band can worship and also at the same time play skillfully. With a standard that would not 'turn people off'.
3. Shepard the congregation. Know them. Serve them.
In the storm comes the calm
