Until Now

And Today We Live

Yesterday
9th August
Singapore's national day

I went out with my four buddies
We went to catch the 3.20pm movie Click
Its one of the best movies i'd ever watched
Really, its one of the few that has real good plots
PLUS it has a real good moral to the entire show
It was so good i even cried at the really sad parts
And i'm not those type who cries easily

The government in Singapore should be worried
Yesterday, all the people you saw in Orchard Road
Were either young people or foreign people
All the folks were at home probably catching the NDP
You know what this says?
It says that we, the next generation, in Singapore
Couldn't care less about National Day anymore
Perhaps one day we will
WHEN WE'RE OLD FOGGIES
But i'm sure there are still some real patriotic citizens out there
Yay them.

In the storm comes the calm
So there was this spark. And the spark was alone. It had no where to go, no where to hide. It shuddered at the thought of non-existence and clenched it's core in sick anticipation of nothing. Red and fleeting by each passing second, it turned blue. Now, it had something to burn for, to live again.
